Meet Paul

Director

It’s no surprise that Paul became a builder. He’s always had an interest in architecture and construction. Starting out in boat building, Paul always knew he’d end up building homes.

He now specialises in customised architectural builds, high-end renovations, and weathertight remediations. Aside from family, his partner Abby and their three kids, Paul is most passionate about his work and the business.

He puts in the hard yards, makes sure the team is looked after, and that clients’ expectations are exceeded every time. When not working, Paul loves being with his family and hanging out with friends, watching sports, or enjoying a BBQ and a few beers.

Being able to work with such good mates each day is also a big plus for Daniel. He’s a hands-on guy that takes pride in his work and enjoys delivering great results for clients.

Just like everyone else in this friendly team, he gives it the full 100% every time. He says he enjoys working with a range of different people and seeing the jobs through from start to finish.

When he is not onsite, Daniel enjoys socialising, keeping fit, and most importantly, quality time with his family.

Since leaving school in 2018 I have completed my apprenticeship with Paul and PRO Construction, and now been qualified for 3 years. Over this time I have thoroughly enjoyed building my skills on and off site. Being apart of some amazing architectural new build’s and reno’s. Our team at PRO Construction is more like a family than just workmates, making work on a daily basis fun and enjoyable. When I’m not at work you can find me at the gym, out on my motorbike or hanging out with mates.

Building Confidence Starts With Licensed Professionals

We are a Licensed Building Practitioner, licensed by the New Zealand government under the Building Act 2004. In New Zealand, any structural or weathertight work on a home must legally be carried out or supervised by an LBP.

Hiring an unlicensed builder for this type of work isn’t just risky; it can result in unconsented building work that affects your insurance, your ability to sell, and your council sign-off.
